No, i thought wardog was the plan. Now, a few hours before tribal, i would have been thought it had been Ron. I actually really wish it WAS Ron to be honest. While Wardog was targeting me, I think he is one that I could have used a vote or two but not align with. Now it's much tougher.

It's helpful. I like Matty and it should be good to have him back in the fold. It's also a good sign that he was trying to contact me from exile island and give me a heads up about Ron/Wardog targeting me. I think he would be a good fit with Charlie and myself for a tight group. I just need to make sure he uses discretion. No one really knows me and Charlie are a pair, and ideally if we pull Matty in, no one will know we're a trio. But the more people there are, the harder it is to hide the fact.

I noticed the girls are playing their cards very close to their chests. Two interesting points of note:
1) The idea of a split was a test the girls ran on me to determine if I could be trusted. Since I actually wanted to work with them, and i truly thought Ron could have an idol, I brought it up with Michelle and Lauren each. Lauren tossed me a bone and said they were testing me, so that was a good sign from her for sure. But again, it was a little clumsily coordinated. If i were Michelle in that situation, i am making a group chat and making sure everyone knows exactly who they're voting for. But hey, the votes went my way so I can't complain.
2) I heard from Charlie the girls wanted to throw the challenge so they could ensure Ron went home, which i was fine with. Even after I got that friendly tip from Lauren though, no one except CHarlie would tell me the plan was to throw the challenge. That's either because a) they don't trust me yet still, or b) they didn't think it was necessary or thought I would object. Lauren really laid that flop on thick didn't she? Geez. She could have just entered the wrong number toward the end and made us restart, she didn't have to move at the speed of stupid.
Basically i think it's Lauren/michelle as a pair. Gillian is a free agent and Reem is in a quasi alliance with them. Then you have me charlie and matty as a strong three. If push came to shove and Michelle really started worrying me, i'd go after gillian and MAYBE reem to swing a vote my way.
