This is Eric's Final Tribal Council Thread.

All other Jurors should remain in their own threads. Final 3, remember... this is not for you to address each other, but to talk to Eric. In-fighting amongst the Final 3 should be reserved for the Live Final Tribal Council on Sunday.

Eric, you have until Saturday at 8c/9e to post your statements/questions to the Final 3. Remember not to take up too much of their time as they have 9 other jurors to get to. Please no listing or questions requiring novels for answers. You should post all of your statements/questions in your opening post in this thread. There is a live Final Council on Sunday where you will get to address everyone live about the statements they have made as well as ask follow ups.

Hello everyone, Congrats on getting to F3

What i should see here is 3 potential winners but i am not seeing this. What i see is 1 host and 2 parasites that fed on host all the game. You know what the funny thing about parasites is? They think they are in control, that they have all the power and can manipulate their host but usually they are mistaken and it is just an illusion. They are just this annoying voice in head that gives you stupid ideas. The only thing they really do is fed on their host to live longer, nothing more. They also think that noone knows about them, that they are invisible for the rest and when the host is dying they can just go to other one but the truth is when you know something is wrong, they can be found real quick and you will know exactly where they hide. Another funny thing about them is that you can kill them with the right medicine and i think FTC is that medicine.

I want you all to look into your game and answer this two questions:

1.Were you really in charge or was it all just illusion?

2.What was the move that you engineered from beginning to end, that worked as you planned it?

i know i wasnt in charge for most of this game so i do not pretend i was as i stated i let others take the reigns and i just sat back and did what i had to. I didnt want to be percieved as a threat so this was my gameplan!!! i have no illusions.

2.What was the move that you engineered from beginning to end, that worked as you planned it?
the move i engineeered was ur boot!!! as i tried like 4 times to get u out!!! after reem was out i needed to break u and chris up as u 2 were a massive threat to my game and always voted together and shit he even called u his ball and chain so i new i needed that stopped. after reem was booted i said im putting my foot down even told ron those exact words!!! i said enough is enough!!! And u were the bigger threat of the 2 of u so i needed u gone first. so once reem left i old everyone we were voting eric next and if he wins immunity it was chris. but i was banking n u not winning immunity. Matty voted u on his boot as he knew good and well i wated u out and he even promised me that round he was gonna vote u!!! if u dont not believe me u can ask him!! shit ask everyone how bad i anted u gone!!! I told everyone to quit sucking your dick cause u kept surviving and people kept fucking with my plans and the matty vote pissed me off a u were the target that night!!!! I did not wanna vote matty but since everyone else was i had no choice or i was gonna blow up my game!!! The Milfs alliance was created after reem told me u and chris thought we had that alliance so i said well shit lets fuck with them!!!! so i created that alliance although it was a joke!!! I said i like to have fun and that was all i was doing with that!! but if u think im a parasite so be it!!! i hope that u realize my plan to take u out started way before it happened and when it finally came to be i was super pumped!!!!

1.Were you really in charge or was it all just illusion?

The thing about being in charge in this game is that it tends to get you voted out. Unless you are playing with complete idiots, eventually more outspoken types of power--great power and control of challenges, for instance, or amazing social skills--will get you noticed and targeted. I understand your frustration, that three players who played much more under the radar games have made it to the end, while players like you, who were extremely dominant in challenges, and Reem, who was unparalleled in her social game, were sent to jury.

Do I believe that I was really in charge, or that it was instead all an illusion of grandeur in my own mind? I don’t believe either of those things. I should have been a bigger target than I was; I had survived being on the wrong side of the vote pre-swap, had a 3 person alliance with Lauren and Aurora still waiting for me come merge, helped vote out someone I had a final two deal with in order to further my own game, had another 4 person alliance from 2raku with Charlie, Reem, and Gillian, and didn’t receive any votes at all until the final 5 (final 6 vote was redacted). My power wasn’t a heavy-handed one; it was a quiet one, the power of balance, of knowing when to push my ideas forward and when to take a step back and let others lead. The balance of knowing when to stick with the people I was close to and when to change direction to further my own game. I think that was one of the main differences between me and you, Eric, other than your obvious skill at challenges. You and Chris were extremely loyal to one another, even when it was to both of your detriments. When I was in similar situations--namely with Aurora and Reem--I made the choice to vote them out and not play my idol on them, respectively. It was actions like those that helped manage my threat level, and it is because of actions like those that I sit here today, in the final three.

2.What was the move that you engineered from beginning to end, that worked as you planned it?

I spoke about it in my opening statements too, but I take a lot of credit for the Matty vote-off. I won’t take complete credit, because Matty obviously had a huge hand in his own undoing, but the seeds I had started planting with people way back during the Aurora eviction were, I believe, very important in the process of changing peoples’ minds about Matty. He was so ingrained in peoples’ daily lives here that it was a hard sell, and required days of dedicated work from me. As I have already talked about, I created fake group chats to stir things up and open lines of communication between Chris, Randy and myself. I made sure that I was the first person to tell Randy about the chat rooms, and commented that Matty blamed him for their creation. People can say they suspected me all they want, but at the end of the day when that tribal happened, it became clear that Matty and Randy certainly blamed each other, which was the intent. I was able to solidify Matty’s unanimous eviction through a spread of information, partially true and partially fabricated, and was able to gain a new ally in Randy because of it, which became incredibly important for my game down the road.

1.Were you really in charge or was it all just illusion?

2.What was the move that you engineered from beginning to end, that worked as you planned it?
1.
I was one piece of the machine in the beginning of merge which I admit in my opening speech but by the end I was the one in charge. I never had a vote cast for me. I never had to beg for my life from anyone in this game the way Michelle Chris and Ron did with me. I never had to reactively try and flip a vote instead I was able to exert my influence by discussing how intense of a threat that person was with both accurate strategy and rumors that allowed paranoia to aid in the vote. Devens, Eric, Lauren, Randy, Chris were all votes I influenced and I was the potential swing vote for all of them. They all were going to go home that was obvious but the order they went home was something my alliance left in my hands. My alliance members had a million reasons why Eric or Lauren or Randy should stay but I needed to make sure all of the people left in the game were people who would never cast a vote for me and couldn't beat me in an immunity.

2. I had been trying to get Devens out of the game since merge hit. He fit my three hitlist categories, Ataslova, challenge threat, not serving me in the game. Devens was seen as a potential swing vote and some were voicing that it would be better to save him and take out one of the "duo" Chris and Eric. It didn't serve my game to send Chris home and save Devens and neither did it serve Matty's so we set off to influence the vote. But at this point no one trusted Matty already and after I had checked in with every person to make sure they knew why Devens had to be the vote, Reem came to me insisting that we had to change it. That something was going on with Matty and that it would result in one of us going home. In this moment I dropped my previous strategy of blaming my ideas and schemes on others and told Reem that Devens was my idea, I was certain I had the votes for it and she just had to trust in me. She did trust in me as did those who voted with me and Devens went home.
