Welcome everyone to Stranded in Kuril Islands, our 35th season!!
We have spent the last month and a half finding the most diverse cast possible and I believe it is truly our most diverse cast to date. So much so that when we set out we did not intend to have a men vs. women season, but with so many great applications, we have for the second time in our history assembled a tribe of Women vs a tribe of Men. I think it’s particularly interesting given gender roles in 2020 and I cannot wait to see how this plays out.
Stranded is a unique, emotional and often crazy experience so I want to formally welcome you to the family.
You are now allowed to message members of your tribe as well as post on the forums! I will post more instructions with your tribe’s first challenge at 8c/9e. We are going to ease you into this, so that is the only event tonight.
I have a feeling this will be one of our greatest seasons, and I cannot wait to see what happens over the next 30 days. Good luck and play hard!
