GAME ON

Welcome to the all women's Atlasova tribe! Hopefully you're hitting it off with the rest of your tribe because for the next 30 some days these people will determine your fate in the game. Just a few questions to ponder as we head into the weekend.

1-How do you feel about the tribe split? do you think there are any advantages to being on an all female tribe? any disadvantages?
2-Who on the tribe are you meshing with? who could you do without?
3-what is your general strategy for the tribal portion of the game? are you looking for a tight alliance, or just going with the flow?
4-Jeff announced that the tribe will be rating each other from most important to least important. Where do you think you'll fall on the spectrum? Do you think there is a benefit to being near the top? near the bottom?

Best of luck! We're so excited to watch you play!

After the ranking:

1-How do you feel about the tribe split? do you think there are any advantages to being on an all female tribe? any disadvantages?

The advantage definitely goes to the women in an online game. We can chat like nobody’s business. I suspect many of the guys won’t be that interested in chatting all day, so our bonds will be stronger.

2-Who on the tribe are you meshing with? who could you do without? I’ve got a final two with Reem, an alliance of six (Gillian, Reem, Jacquie, Julie and Crystal) and I think Crystal may be a double-crosser.

Jacquie seems to have risen to leader. Coming into the rankings vote, she pushed a complicated 3/2/1 strategy that is based on a problem I don’t think we have – she was concerned that our rankings will look like we’re in an alliance to the other three, but I don’t think anyone else will see our rankings, so how would they ever know? She didn’t have a good answer for that, just acted like she was pretty sure they'd know. Which makes sense, if she's the one telling them.

I’m playing along with it, but starting to suspect that she’s got something going with the other three who are not in our alliance, which doesn’t exactly have a name yet but might be Mess. There’s not a good explanation yet as to how else Reem could have been voted first, since the six of us agreed to vote ourselves first and the rest of the five in the middle.

3-what is your general strategy for the tribal portion of the game? are you looking for a tight alliance, or just going with the flow?

I’ve got a secret final two/no matter what alliance with Reem and a large alliance with Mess, or whatever we’re called, assuming it’s not a sham alliance of some sort, which it might be. I’d like to get a couple more final twos. My strategy is to let others feel they are the strategists and to go with the majority for now.

I’m trying to be friendly and visible to as many people as I can, but especially the three who are not in my alliance. So far, none of them have invited me to be a part of theirs. Not sure what to make of that. I was hoping my endless chatting was going to get me an invite, but it did not.

4-Jeff announced that the tribe will be rating each other from most important to least important. Where do you think you'll fall on the spectrum? Do you think there is a benefit to being near the top? near the bottom?

I hoped to fall in the middle and have done so, so I’m happy about that.

Random thoughts:

It’s really odd to have chatty conversations with four people at once. I keep hoping my slip ups aren’t too obvious to them.
